Pre-camp Fitness Session (Tue-Fri, Brandeis only)

A fitness and conditioning session, run by a certified strength and conditioning trainer, will be offered from 8:45 to 9:45AM at Brandeis, prior to the full day camp session. It costs an extra $40. The fitness session will be offered Tuesday through Friday only - not on Monday, the first day of camp. We created this as an option for those players whose parents needed to drop off earlier, and for those who were interested in learning more about strenght training, agility, and jump training exercises for volleyball.
