Pre-camp Fitness Session or Early Drop Off

Tue-Fri, Brandeis only 8:45-9:45 am (additional $40)


Our full day camp session at Brandeis starts at 10am to avoid rush hour traffic.   Although this is good for some, it presents an issue for some working parents that need to drop off earlier. 


For the past 2 years,  a fitness and conditioning session, run by a certified strength and conditioning trainer, has been offered at Brandeis, prior to the full day camp session.  If there is sufficient demand, we will offer it again this year.   The session introduces topics such as dynamic stretching, strength training, agility and jump training for volleyball players.  There would be an additional $40/week fee for this session, which will be offered Tuesday through Friday only - not on Monday, the first day of camp.   


If you need to drop off early, but do not with to enroll in the Pre-Camp Fitness session, the Brandeis gym is open by 8:00am.  Although the camp provides no staff supervision for players who arrive early, but are not in the fitness session,  there are couches where players can read, rest or talk, if they need to be dropped off.   The coaching staff meets at 9:30am each morning and the full day camp session begins at 10am.
